What’s the WRPA difference?
We are a not-for-profit club, not a business. We are the longest running shooting club in the province (since 1919). We have the most number of different ranges/shooting disciplines to offer. We’ve hosted just about every major competition that’s come to Manitoba… and we have among the lowest membership fees you’ll find.
Being a volunteer run organization means that as a member, you get more for less. With lower overhead and no one getting paid, membership dollars go back into the club. That means we are also pretty protective of the good thing we’ve got going. Whether you’re a new shooter or a seasoned veteran, you’re welcome as a member – just treat the equipment and the ranges with respect, so we can pass them on to the next generation of shooters.
